The Benefit of a Maternity Pillow
Although there are many medical benefits for both you and your baby for using a maternity pillow, the main benefit of a pregnancy pillow can be summed up in one word – SLEEP!
There is never a time when high quality deep sleep is more essential than when you are pregnant, yet it can be the time when sleep becomes incredibly elusive. And a pregnancy pillow just may be the difference between a good nights sleep and a fight between you and your partner when he can sleep and you can’t!
A high quality pregancy pillow will mold to the shape you need to find a comfortable position for both you and your baby. This can be lying on your side but could also be sitting up.
